Job Description


  • Business partnering with executive levels: The Head of HR should be a strategic partner to executive-level leaders, providing guidance on HR matters that align with business objectives. This position is also expected to work collaboratively with other departments to drive business results.


  • Developing and implementing retention programs: The Head of HR should work on developing and implementing retention programs that address employee needs and concerns, such as fair compensation packages, employee engagement initiatives, career development opportunities, and work-life balance.
  • Evaluating and improving HR processes: Responsible to evaluate HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing HR operations and enhancing employee experiences.


  • Handling HR operations: Responsible for overseeing HR operations, including managing employee records, administering benefits, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling employee grievances and disputes.


  • Managing talent management and development: Responsible for managing talent development, identifying high-potential employees, and offering them opportunities for growth and development, such as training, coaching, and mentorship programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR management roles, including experience leading teams and developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Comprehensively understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development.
  • Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Proven skills in leadership and team management, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships with employees and other stakeholders, and effectively manage conflict and change.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A professional level of English proficiency, preferably C1 Advanced level, is desirable to effectively communicate in an international business environment.
