Graveyard Parking Attendant [United States]


 

This Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for various duties within or surrounding the open parking lot. The attendant will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are properly ticketed and/or paid, direct parking traffic, general lot cleaning and providing excellent customer service to daily, monthly and event parking customers.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data

Essential Functions

  • Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Uses respectful communication to address customer questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.
  • Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Issues and/or collects visitor parking tickets.
  • Matches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule.
  • Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
  • Acts as flagger to direct traffic inside and outside of the parking lot.
  • Assist Parking Enforcement Officers outside of lot with vehicle ticketing and/or inspections.
  • Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of parking lot.
  • Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to walk or stand most or all scheduled shifts
