Supply Chain Technician
Our client is an important textile company. To reinforce our supplay chain team, we selected a Supplay Chain Technician for Porto.
The Successful Applicant will have the following main responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of the logistical processes and the integration with the Company’s fully integrated software system that takes complete care of our client’s uniform needs.
- Ensure that all processes are performed within the defined Client service level agreements
- Coordinate the service level of our warehouse and logistic partners
- Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, focusing on Continuous Improvement
- Ensure top Inventory Management and Entry in the Company’ warehouses
- Ensure the correct and timely invoicing of our client’s acquisitions
- Management of logistic documentation for provisioning, expedition, and export
- Supervision of the Reverse Logistics processes
To succeed in this role, you ideally already have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant field
- Minimum professional experience of 2 years in similar positions
- Good computer skills and Proficient in Excel
- Strong knowledge of English
- Good Communication skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation
- Ability to think and question all process in a way that increases company value
