Accounts Receivable Agent needed in Atlanta (near Howell Mill)
Shift: 1st 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour (based on Experience and skills)
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts receivable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collect on open invoices in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients with open invoices to collect payments
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on past due invoices and work with clients to resolve payment issues
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on accounts receivable activity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient billing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collect on open invoices in a professional manner
- Strong typing skills and good memory
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
