- Seeking a BC/BE Internist interested in practici! ng as a Hospitalist an established and growing Hospitalist group. *Block schedule 7 days on / 7 days off *Regional medical center w/strong specialty support *Offers state of the art technology including E-ICU's and PDAs which sync with the hospital's system putting information at the physician's fingertips. *Group has an excellent relationship with the hospital's administrative and UR staff who go out of their way to be of help. Also maintain an excellent relationship with a full array of surgical and medical specialists who frequently call upon them for consults.
- Hospitalist group has an outstanding reputation within the medical community and is known for providing quality patient care. *They have been selective in choosing the primary care physicians from whom they accept admissions. As a result, an excellent group of referring physicians consisting of both internal medicine and family practice. *Over 80% of the admissions come from this select group of physician! s.
- The overhead for the group is 13%. The income for ! the group is above the 85th percentile for Hospitalists according to such surveys as MGMA, the Society of Hospital Medicine.
